How is Abnormal Uterine Bleeding Treated?
At Wonderfully Made Women's Health Care, we prioritize the least invasive treatment options first, working our way up to surgical interventions only when necessary. Your voice is crucial in this process; Dr. Williams will collaborate with you to identify the best course of action for your feminine health. Treatment options may range from oral medications, like birth control pills, which thin the uterine lining by disrupting ovulation, to hormone-releasing intrauterine devices (IUDs). If noninvasive options fail, we are fully equipped to provide surgical interventions, such as endometrial ablation, dilation and curettage, hysteroscopy, or even a hysterectomy. Regardless of the level of care you require, you can expect a comprehensive treatment approach to manage your heavy menstrual bleeding effectively.

Wonderful doctor
Dr. Charlene Williams is the best doctor hands down. I found her on Zocdoc over 2 years ago and I’ve been a patient since.
She’s awesome to me 🤷🏽♀️💯 . Before the delivery of my twins she was always beautiful and she went over and beyond for me. I went through a very stressful pregnancy and she helped me get through it. She even did house calls to me, her and her husband even helped me with things I needed When I moved to my home at that time. Her and her family made me and my family feel like I was more than just a patient one situation were she went over and beyond is where she knew my 6 weeks were up and how I felt about my birth control she made sure that I got to her office to administer it on an off day. So when my daughter gotten pregnant with her first child I only wanted her to deliver her baby and she treated her with love as well so she’s the best to me my only issue is the distance for me now. Loving her for over 10 1/2 yrs 😍
